私がしている糖質制限ダイエットは、とっても簡単で単純です。
炭水化物を多く含む主食の米、麺、パンと、粉物、芋類、果物全般、菓子類を摂らないダイエットです。

糖質制限を厳密にしてる方は、揚げ物の衣や調味料などもカットしてると思いますが、そこまでしていると食べられる物もかなり限られてしまい家族とは別で自分の食事を用意しなくていけないので、ズボラな私には到底続かない😅

糖質制限してない家族にも普通のメニューとして食べられる緩めのダイエットレシピを考えてます。
それでも少しつづですが体重は減っているのでダイエットが続かない方にも参考にしていただけると思います😊
